This release is all about smarter trip planning, more reliable weather data, and AI that actually helps you understand the forecast — plus notifications that keep you in the loop without the noise. NOAA 8–14 Day Outlook: Plan for Powder A new 8–14 day outlook (US) helps you pick the best region for your trip. On the Resort list tab you’ll see NOAA temperature and precipitation maps for the next 8–14 days, with a short AI overview that explains what the maps mean for ski conditions across the US. Use it to aim for the right region when chasing powder days. Weather & Snowfall: Timezone Fixes We fixed weather and snowfall alignment bugs caused by timezone handling. Forecasts, daily totals, and bar charts now line up correctly with the right days and dates so you can trust the numbers when comparing resorts and planning your days. Daily Forecast View with AI Weather Briefing A new daily forecast view with an AI-assisted weather briefing makes the technical forecast actually useful. Get a 7-day-at-a-glance summary plus day-by-day breakdowns that translate snow, temperature, and wind into what it means for ski conditions — surface quality, what to expect, and what to pack. Available in 中文 and EN. Smarter AI Throughout the App We’ve updated our GenAI use cases to the latest Gemini model family. You’ll see more intelligent AI assists across the app: weather briefings, NOAA outlook summaries, expense receipt parsing, and other features that rely on AI are now powered by newer, more capable models. Better Notifications: Snowfall & New Trips, Your Way Snowfall and new-trip notifications are improved and more granular. You can control: 10-day snowfall alert — When your favorite resorts have more than 7 cm snowfall on any day in the next 10 days. 3-day snowfall alert — When favorite (or nearby) resorts have more than 15 cm total in the next 3 days. Nearby resort snowfall — Toggle whether 3-day alerts include nearby resorts or only favorites. New trip alert — When new trips are created to your favorite resorts. Turn on what you care about and turn off the rest so you get the signal without the noise. Favorite Button Fix The favorite (heart) button on resort and trip cards now behaves correctly so your favorites stay in sync. Trip Participants & Private Trips Participant handling when viewing or editing trips has been updated for a clearer, more consistent experience.
