About

Understand and plan your wealth — real estate, stocks and funds at a glance with Wealth Planner. If you own one or more real estate, you can add them to Wealth Planner. Wealth Planner calculates the cash flow for each month individually, taking into account interest and depreciation. This allows you to determine the income you will generate from your real estate in the future. Taxes are calculated based on the selected country. Currently, Germany, Austria and Switzerland are supported for the calculation of rental income and capital gains. In addition, you can set up a virtual portfolio. Add your stocks or funds and enter your expected return based on historical data or your own expectations. If you choose an ETF tracking the MSCI World, for example, an expected return of 8% might be a reasonable assumption. Wealth Planner uses the compound interest effect to calculate your theoretical future asset values for stocks and funds. It is also possible to add data points manually in order to compare the projected value with the actual value of a stock or fund. To find out how much you will need financially in the future, there is also a calculator that determines — based on your expected inflation rate and current financial needs — how much you need to save or invest to reach your goal.
