Very buggy… like a poorly framed version of the web app

Upon login on iPad, I can’t see anything but a search bar which turns up no data. At least on my Android phone I can find the hamburger menu to get to things. In the iPad, I have no way of calling up the main menu. Just kill the app, try to load again, no success, bang forehead on desk, kill the app, go back to my computer.

User friendly tiles and easy to see info

Pros:

-The app has nice tiles on the dashboard which are easy to view and get the info I need quickly.
-I can link outside accounts to track my total net worth and the data updates daily.
-My financial plan confidence meter links to my dashboard which helps set my mind at ease when markets fall, as they always do at some point.
-I can see valuable documents in my vault which is helpful when I am on the go.
-I can easily see how much I have saved or distributed from my accounts using the cash flows report. It’s nice because it aggregates all of my accounts.

Cons:
-the app screen doesn’t fit my phone perfectly.
-sometimes the linked data doesn’t update

Stopped working after February 2018 update

If you have problems with their app, their tech support will not talk to end users. It either works or it doesn’t. They have ignored emails asking for tech support.

This app did not preserve log-in information between updates. The second update in February 2018 broke the app for me.

I am running an iPad 6th generation with the latest iOS 11
