Worst customer service, heavy transaction charge for FO don’t do FO in this app. I lost around 25K tax in last two days...

App forcibly wants me to open demat account . I am not able to switch from Broking to wealth . It always ask me to do equity kyc and doesn’t let’s me switch .

You need to have GTT trigger functionality to have more reliable broking experience. A trader don’t want to place a buy or sell order with everyday order.

I have invested in mutual funds on January 10th and today is January 14th still it showing as NAV allocation in progress. When i have reached customer support team they said usually it will take T+ 1 working day. It’s nice and that is as per guidelines, but these will will not follow the rules because if they have followed the rules NAV would have completed. Now they have raised the ticket and saying it will done ASAP, i asked for explanation and they are ignoring my question and saying our team is working on it and issue will resolved ASAP. When you call you customer care call will be disconnected when you ask them any difficult question. This is the customer support team how it works. Please try to maintain standards as per SEBI and maintain proper customer service. One more things I would like to address here, There are grammatical and spelling mistakes in chat support which i never saw in any customer chat support. Please improve your platform UI and good Customer Support team.

Can not open the notifications
We can not open the notification what to do
KYC not completing
The app says to give location permission and gives a wrong path to look for in settings. I think the app isn’t properly built for iPhones. Not able to complete kyc as taking selfie throws error on requiring location permission. The message is not helpful. App is not promoting for location permission also like other apps which do.

They are not in trading side rather their first motive is marketing and that too is worst structure. First they told 10 accounts and then with 4 accounts with amount.plz I request to not to download this app.Amd you will never trade in this app, they will make you to do marketing

Customer since 2017, updated app is too buggy
I love wealthy, I have been really benefited by it. But post the update, every time I open the app I have to go through whole sign in process with OTP and then set mpin and then enable face unlock before I can even see the portfolio. And next time same thing. Over and over again.
App not working
App is not working after update. Showing “no internet” after login.
Better do some research
The app is functional with a good UI. But I would recommend even novice investors to better do their own research and invest accordingly. The recommendations are not good and a lot of fund selections are unnecessary. One can get better returns with some personal research and choices.
