Is this a scam app
I have been using this app for a while and have built a pot up to cash out. The 1st payment cashed out but after that it has never paid out. There is one payment outstanding from November 2025 and 8 months later still waiting less than £2 and recently there was £11 approximately and that still pending. They want you to watch advertisements and they get paid and you get a small cut. So when they have been why can’t you pay out. I believe the content creators are good but the app owners are being greedy and not paying out as should be.

Not sure what happened but between virtually no ads anymore and the most recent update that makes it extremely unclear as to how to even get paid… the app is useless.
Used to get told how much an ad would pay, play the ad, answer questions then get the payout confirmed.
Now I’ve just scrolled through & watched a few ads, no questions and no additional payments have added to my pending.
Have you stopped paying?? Have you turned it into a puzzle? Do you no longer ask questions?
Absolutely stupid tactic to change how it works without providing any clarification.

Developer response completely misses the point. It shouldn’t take me writing on here to understand features they have added that make no sense and aren’t explained!
Would have been very easy to have that shown / explained in the app somewhere - it isn’t!

If you are going to reply, maybe you should know your product. There is no yellow screen BEFORE the charity ads. Others on social media platforms have also pointed this out and questioned it.
The yellow screen only happens before paid ads making it clear what the payment will be.
On top of this it’s been several weeks and you still haven’t paid out, it’s supposed to take less than a week.
Lost confidence in your idea. You don’t reply to people on social media platforms who reach out for help (not me but all the other comments I’ve seen) so why bother being on them?
I won’t be continuing to participate in your experiment

So they take MONTHS to pay out, had an excuse of, we are struggling currently with funding. With them then suggesting people step away from the app if they aren’t happy with waiting months for payouts. Great idea! Deleted 👍🏻

Not worth it
I’ve been waiting nearly a year now for 3 separate pay outs, yet the ads are there so they must be getting paid but they don’t seem to want to pay the end user, stay away, don’t waste your time using the platform.

Never get paid out 2 transactions one from February still pending and another from may pending so I don’t think I will receive it
Used to love this app.
But not anymore, I got locked out of my account due to the fact I changed emails and number you can keep that £2 on my account you clearly need it more than me if you making us do 50 ads for £1 thanks but no thank you good luck for future you will need it.
Sort out payments!
Used to be a great app but the payments processing takes months and months. It has been 2 months and I haven’t received anything. You’d think this would be a priority to fix as it’s been an ongoing issue for 2 years!
Great app
Really refreshing compared to a lot of other social media. Its content feels much more positive and less toxic. Also great to earn some spare money.
Disappointing
This app used to be good but I have now been waiting for payment for over 8 months. This is unacceptable when there have been surveys recently from McDonald's so the app is still being paid but they are not paying out. Very disappointed as it used to be a good app.
Stopped Paying Us 😡
Like many others here, I’m waiting an unreasonable amount of time for my payout. Does it not occur to the company that some of its users RELY on these payouts to help them survive? This app used to help me pay bills; now it seems they’re stealing from their users. Disgraceful.

The app was really good but they’ve stopped paying you when you cash in! I’ve waited 8 months so far and still haven’t received my money! Don’t waste your time with it.
Fun but……
Great fun way of helping charities but such a long time of over a month for personal payouts. Sadly the timeframe stated for this is 3-5 days but that is very misleading and having mentioned this it’s fallen on deaf ears.

What’s happening. Been waiting on money for ages . Used to pay and it’s been two months now . Not a small amount - edit . Three months and still no pay

Used to be good but now in May 2026 I am still waiting for a PayPal payout of almost £150 that I requested in 2025! All I get is generic responses from the community experience team. Also doesn’t seem to be any ads in it for months now either. Not that they’d be worth watching if they aren’t going to pay out!

Can someone be honest about you actually paying people out, as I’m still waiting from October 2025 and now it’s 6 payments totalling over £17. It’s the same tired excuses saying there’s a delay, what’s the 7 month delay?
