Have fully charged this new device. It's sitting at top my phone and next to my router and it said device not found will not bind. And can't even connect with the app Support.

The analysis and all is good but cut down on the adds and please make a section for information. I still don’t know how to text to the watch.
Never worked
Fully charged but will not connect to Bluetooth. Cannot program or enter data. Do not recommend.

Watch and app don’t sync
I just received this watch, charged it, but the info from the watch does not sync to the app. Then and when trying to use the measurement function while in the app, it does not turn on the watch to test. B.p., pulse, etc. nothing syncs to the main page which shows measurements nand additional data. I just don t understand. My $10 watch works better.

I’ve tried everything and the the device (smart watch) is not coming up on the list… useless if I can’t bind it to my phone 😒
Uggghhhh.
I got this with my insurance stipend and hated the ads off the bat, then the device broke after a week. It says it is water resistant, it is not. The charge port broke very quickly. The device and the app are absolute garbage. I strongly suspect it is mining data for the Chinese government too.

Can not even contact anyone to fix the stupid app Cannot bind watch anymore say Bluetooth not open when it is rubbish watch and app has silly adds on it not worth it I will never buy another product from them. They don’t care as well. Take the adds off the app so it will work.

It does not come with a charger or let you know how to get one. You spend 50$ and can’t use. Poor set up.
Junk
This thing is junk. First time I took off the band to charge it, it broke. Now it cannot be charged. Pure junk
Worst app ever
Don’t waste your money. The app has constant ads you can’t bypass so you can’t access your data. And when you can actually see any data you’ll find the watch disconnects from your phone at least a couple times per day. You always need to reconnect.
Not sure about this watch
It’s not as accurate as it should be.
Difficult
To difficult for elderly people to setup. Also, constantly getting buy this, get that, games, etc.
Arthritic Hands
Unusable to me. To remove the band and charge is to difficult and pain full. Sorry I bought it.
