Sleep Track Problem
After recent updates, WearHeart app closes when selecting sleep option to see sleep tracking details. Please provide recommendations to fix problems.
Poor design
I got this from my employer for a 5year anniversary award. I thought great I will wear to work and beat it up instead of my Apple Watch. First off the instructions are generic
(don’t give much details) then when you do figure it out, you go to App Store to download app that works it. App hasn’t been updated in 3 years, create account screen is white on white so you can’t see what is required or what you are typing. (Turn dark mode on) finally got logged in and the app is just as useless as watch interface. You can’t change anything on watch with app, still haven’t figured out how to use heart rate feature, however you can create alarms and pick the days that you want them to go off. It does have a do not disturb feature, but when this is on you don’t get notifications between 22:00 and 8:00. (I want to silence notifications while I work during day) If I could give this less then 1 ⭐️ I would!!!!

Don’t do it!
Terrible app
I can’t even get through the registration page. It won’t allow me to put my name in, but I can put all my other data. But without the name, I can’t save the profile. If I can’t save the profile, then the health app is worthless.
Junk App
Watch looks cool, but this app is junk, no user interface, can’t switch between metric and imperial, just another way for the CCP to get your info.
Garbage!
This was an anniversary gift from my company. The watch works but the app dose not. Can not set up an account. And now that I’ve read some other reviews , I see this has been a ongoing problem. Thanks for wasting my company’s money and my time. I’ll be letting the company know so they can remove this as an option for future gifts. I would think this would be an easy issue to fix but someone at this company needs to care and clearly they do not!

Horrible
I picked this watch from my employers rewards list of things to pick from. Just like others have said two years ago, when you try to register it gives you the blank screen and you can’t see what you are typing. Even if you enter your information anyways it says invalid address. At this point I’m certain that the other reviews who said it’s only good for telling time, is correct. I will be letting my Employer know about this, so they can remove this item from the rewards list.

Terrible not compatible with iPhone
This product is trash. The interface is in another language and I can’t change it. When I try to create an account, all I get is a white screen. Thank God I got this watch for free, else I would return it. It goes into the Goodwill bin. I can’t even give it away.
Useless
The app doesn’t even work to pare the watch. The watch comes in a different language so I haven’t a clue what I’m trying to use.

Waste of Time
I selected this watch as a 5-yr anniversary gift from my employer. The app requires that you agree with laws of ROC and the privacy notice is in Chinese. If you proceed to register, the app requires a name, but does not allow input…at least in the iOS version. So app is basically worthless and any effort to install is a waste of time. I will be returning the watch.

This is an useless App if you are using iOS. You can’t even set up the App because you can’t enter your name. Maybe they don’t even test it for iOS. I would return the watch if you bought it to use with this App. I am surprised that Apple allows this App to stay on App Store without fixing the problems.

Can’t register in this app
When trying to sign in for the first time it gives a white screen with no Information to create an account. Then when you try to guess what they are asking for on the lines it gives an error. Not a good start to a new Christmas present

Cant see inputs
I was super excited to get a smart watch. When trying to set an account you can’t see what you are inputting. When setting up your profile you can’t see anything in the drop down menus it’s just white and blank. If you hit confirm it makes it the lowest value for whatever section you are on. It would be nice if the app would actually work. Interface should be very user friendly and it is not. Otherwise, why use this watch when the app it makes you get and the things the watch supposedly does don’t work?

Can’t enter data
Somehow the letters have same color as background. I can’t see what I need to enter to use the app - like height, weight, date of birth etc…

horrible functioning. doesn’t allow me to see letters or numbers when putting in information, won’t let me put the right info, according to the app i’m 16.5k inches tall and 29 pounds. this is ridiculous.
