No Sound
With my two apps tinybop there is no sound.
I’ve tried to update, restart, and the issue still there.
Can you help me? I’ve been using with my students in my classes.

Please email support@tinybop.com with the following information if you are still seeing the issue: What is the version number of the app? What is the name/model of the device you are using? What internet connection are you using when you use the app (e.g. wifi or cell)? Are you seeing similar crashes with some of the other apps on your device? How much available storage do you have on your device? Thanks!

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed. To see text in the app you need to turn on the labels. To do this: (1) tap the key in the top left corner to reveal a toolbar, (2) tap the gear at the top to reveal more buttons, (3) tap the label icon to turn the labels on. We also have a handbook that explains lots of the app's interactions and will help guide you. You can access the handbook in the parent dashboard of the app or here: https://tinybop.com/assets/handbooks/weather/Tinybop-EL6-Weather-Handbook-EN.pdf To get a refund, you need to go through the App Store.
