Suddenly Kaput
This has been my go-to weather app for a few years, but suddenly (June 2022) it seems to have gone offline. There is no word in support — either in-app or online — as to why the app is seemingly disconnected from all feeds. A $9.99 yearly subscription is mentioned in the Settings, but the link to Apple also seems to be dead. I suspect the app has been abandoned, at least for iOS. There hasn’t been an updated version for two years.

Can’t subscribe
I am a storm tracker and really need a reliable weather app with nation wide notifications. Other platforms are able to use this app but IOS seems to have been deserted by the dev team. I can not get the subscription to process and have tried multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed email address to verify again and attempted to contact the dev team with no response. Is the full version on IOS no longer avail??

I can’t subscribe.
Every time I try to subscribe, I get a prompt that says “you will need to enter your Apple ID and password”, but there’s no option to do so.

Trying to find out what it cost for subscription. I hope it’s a lifetime subscription but the app doesn’t come up with anything to find out the cost. I loath recurring subscriptions and wouldn’t purchase if that was the case.k

I cannot subscribe
This used to be my absolute favorite weather app. However, I can no-longer subscribe to the service and whenever I try, it says "you will be propt to enter your apple ID password". Upon clicking okay, nothing happens. I really hope this issue gets resolved.

Used to love this app. However, now I try to subscribe and it doesn’t do anything, much like others have described.
Does not work
I have been trying to subscribe for over a month now. Same error continues to pop up. Disappointed...
Using WX Informant
I really like this ap however it was free for a few months. I noticed I was not getting the alerts anymore. I tried to upgrade but it will not allow me to do so. It says redeem from apple when I try that nothing happens. I got the email and clicked the link and have tried everything. I really wish I could get this working. My wife tried also om her phone no luck.

Orphaned app
Seems this app is on its own with no developer support. I guess they don’t need my $$ because there is no way to renew my subscription without errors from the app.
Issues and more issues
I love this app but have had nothing but issues recently. I paid for a year and now when I login it makes me verify my purchase. When I got to verify it gets stuck forever on the verify screen. I would like to speak with the developers but it says there website is down. So I’m unable to even talk to them to resolve the issue. :( I really would like to have this app working.

WI is a MUST HAVE!
It’s still the best ! No other wx app can match WI for providing push notifications for any NWS weather product, watch, warning, etc. The new version adds NWS graphics for hurricanes, severe thunderstorms and other SPC and WPC products. As an emergency manager, this is the app to have!
Going downhill fast
This was quite possibly my favorite weather app when I purchased it several years ago. Between the lack of support and the recent update which won’t allow me to restore my previous purchase, it is going to take a lot to re-establish its reputation.

Really like what is going on here. But could be a little more “user friendly.”
1. Give users the ability to edit favorites by putting them in whatever order they desire.
2. Give users the ability to choose alerts that are applicable to their favorites via the “By Office” option. Unless I am missing something, I wish I could narrow alerts from “ANY” to whatever they choose under a breakdown of alerts picked.

Not getting alerts
I’ve set this up and not getting alerts by sound. I physically have to go look. Not happy for the cost of app. Hasn’t worked since I got it.
Was my favorite wx app...
Used this app everyday. And working for a local tv station, it was nice to be able to stay up on the weather around the area. It was nice to get so much information (watches, warnings, AFDs) pushed straight to my phone.
Then they went and added a “subscription” just to get those pushes. I get it. Wanting to make money on an app you created. But to provide those pushes for free for years but now it costs. Nope. I’m out.
