Paid for subscription app doesn’t work

Paid for subscription app doesn’t work. Subscription shows up on Apple Store was charged for it but app doesn’t recognize it. There is no way to contact developer. Reached out to Apple but they couldn’t help.

Wonderful app... poor customer service

I LOVE weather nerd. It worked perfectly until it was time to update my subscription. I paid- actually twice. Still can't get the app. I deleted it and tried again. No luck. The developer does not respond to requests for assistance. Apple tried to help as well. No luck. This is an epic fail for such a splendid product. Why be mediocre with an excellent product?

Please fix the app!

This is a great app but it no longer works correctly. Please fix it! There really isn’t a substitute. It does a great job of allowing you to quickly visualize the weather for the day.

Don’t get this

It hasn’t been updated in two years, some of the features no longer work because DarkSkyAPI was shut down by Apple.

It’s not terrible, but the fact that they’re still charging money for an app that’s clearly abandoned is pretty crappy
