I personally think charts are a superior way to view weather data and I truly prefer this app over Apple weather and other apps I’ve tried. I love that the developer just added weather alerts.

Best app for hourly forecasts. Simple and clean, but with more detail than those basic icon graphic weather apps.

My favorite weather app

The more I use this app the more I realize that charts really are the best way to view weather data. It may seem intimidating at first but it’s super intuitive once you get to know it. Also if you email the developer he’s super nice and he’ll help you out. Over time this has become the only weather app I use.

Simply the best

This app is excellent because the data is displayed on one page in a mostly analog format. This allows one to understand the weather conditions at just a glance without having to digest a lot of numbers or switch between pages.

Huge improvement over Apple Weather.

This is an excellent weather app with a great data visualization that’s a vast improvement over apple weather. I can see everything on one screen and I actually know when it’s going to rain now rather than just that it’s going to rain “today” which honestly makes all the difference.

Also, there is a cool cat easter egg hidden in settings. 😻

Must Have Weather App

This is by far the most accurate and worthwhile weather app. I never really realized how much I talk about the weather, both professionally and personally, but ever since I got this app I’m now the go-to weather guy. This app beats out all the other ones I’ve tried and is absolutely worth the subscription. Do yourself a favor: download and subscribe to this app and never get caught off guard by the weather again. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Clean, accurate weather. Does exactly what I need

This app delivers forecasts in a beautiful, easy-to-read chart format — temperature, rain, wind, all at a glance. I love that I can quickly check conditions before heading out and trust what it shows. Great design, no clutter, and reliable data every time.

The best weather for Canada

I use this all to help plan my cycling trips in Niagara and I find it works very well. Being able to easily predict when the wind will shift and when it will rain is a game changer.

The best weather app keeps improving.

I personally think charts are a superior way to view weather data and I truly prefer this app over Apple weather and other apps I’ve tried. The best part is the developer keeps adding features like the new hurricane locator. Truly the best weather app I’ve used.

Fantastic!

I was hesitant to download Weathercaster, as looking at the screenshots made me think it would be a little confusing with the way it presents data and the charts it utilizes to do so. I was wrong! In reality, the charts, and everything else, are very easy to read and use. Plus, the app looks amazing on both iOS and macOS—I don’t have an iPad, but it most likely looks equally amazing on it.

But how accurate are the weather reports it generates? That’s most important. Weathercaster uses Apple’s WeatherKit API to draw its data from. However, I get much more accurate predictions from it than from Apple’s weather app and others I’ve been testing alongside it that use the same API.

In resuming, Weathercaster is a great weather app with a beautiful user interface and charts that are easy to read and a joy to use. Highly recommended.

Very useful app

I like how this app lets me see the more information about the weather at a glance and Apple weather. For example, I know what time during the day is going to rain while at the same time knowing what the temperature is going to be, and whether or not it’s cloudy. It’s great for planning outdoor activities.

The most important info isn't if its going to rain on a given day but when it will rain (maybe it'll rain when I'm out and about or maybe in the middle of the night, knowing the difference is key). Great Weather App

Very reliable forecasts for temperature, rain etc. the charts give a nice overview about the next days. This app is a valuable addition to the pre-installed weather app.
