Not bad but….
I have been trying to change the default settings for the radar tab and after I change them and click on save, it just diverts back to the original settings and won’t save. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app. On my android phone it works as it should.
Ok on Laptop, amateurish on iPhone
I have used WeatherTap for several years and was happy. Three years ago, I started attempting its use on an iPhone - frustrated would be a mild description with mobile performance: loading issues, lockups, speed, and horribly inconsistent performance. I quit and did not renew last year and have been using RadarSc@@@ instead. It actually works on laptop & mobile with no issues.

Broken app
I've been a paid subscriber to weatherTAP for 20 years. This app has been shaky at best for a couple years now. It has now become unusable. Any attempt to manipulate the radar screen causes it to jump to the upper left-hand corner and freeze the app.
Disappointing
App looks promising and when it works it’s great. However it will drop your location and go find a new one? Takes forever to load, after multiple attempts went with another app.

Radar does not function properly on iPad
While the radar seems to work okay on iPhone, it does not function well on iPad. Many times, the radar image loads in the upper left hand corner of the display and there’s nothing you can do with it. Please address, thanks.
Very unstable app
I have been a customer for over 10 years and really enjoyed the Zoom app. But this app is worthless to me. It keeps stalling. No data when using the zoom equivalent (radar lab mobile)
As a Motorcyclist, I really need an app that can follow my GPS location and show me where the weather is going to be. I can’t be pressing all kinds of buttons. As it is right now it is totally worthless.

Totally Useless
I have been a WeatherTAP subscriber for years. With a computer web browser, it is still great. The app is totally worthless. Opens with the current weather. Tap on radar and it locks up with no image. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Worked a few times and now back to freezing before a radar image will load. Looking for another iPhone app for my goto radar.

Practically useless
Maybe due to the latest iOS update, but the radar shrinks to use maybe 1/6 of the iPhone screen and I can’t expand it - mainly radar lab mobile locations screen. Been a subscriber for years - Upset that I renewed.
Weather tap
This version useless on Sat photo section. Does not load stuck on blue screen. Weather tap suggested to turn off feature from iPhone they say Apple has disrupted software which they will not fix. My subscription is paid til next yr will not renew and maybe cancel if issue not fixed soon.
Needs update
I’ve been a user for many, many years (I’m a meteorologist), and use the app daily in off-work times. However, iOS version now fails to load satellite; neither loops or static images load. I’m sure this is a software problem as it worked fine on iOS 14, but broke with iOS 15. Considering ending subscription if this app can’t be updated more frequently; at least on pace with major iOS updates. Come on WeatherTAP, support your platforms fully.

Sat June 19, 2021 iPhone app Quit working
If I go to browser I can successfully login. It is also successful on an android tablet. It is also successful on a Windows laptop. Just seems to be at least the iPhone app that is having trouble. I do not have an iPad.

Version 1.3 FAIL - App no longer functional since update
Version 1.3 of this app was automatically installed as an update to my previously installed version running on my iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 14.6 (18F72). Since updating to Version 1.3, I have been unable to login using the WEATHERTAP app. In an attempt to remedy this issue, I removed Version 1.3 and executed a phone reset and a clean reinstall of the app, the result of which was still unsuccessful. I continue to be unable to login using the app. The web version of WEATHERTAP still works flawlessly for me.

Worthless app now. Freezes and won’t login. Please fix!!
Bad update
While the app hasn’t been updated for a while, it was at least serviceable. The current update now freezes at the login screen so I have to use the browser-based service. This actually works pretty well anyway. But if they have supposedly improved the app, it would be nice to be able to use it!
Not what I was hoping for..
Their website is great. The app not so much. If you zoom in the radar never reloads. Runs very slow. Had high expectations but will be deleting it. Last update 2yrs ago so I’m guessing they’ve abandoned it as well...
Needs help or it is unusable
This app is fantastic when it works. It has always been finicky about logins, but I thought it was easy enough to close the app and log back in every once in a while. Unfortunately the glitches have increased in volume over the years and now I am unable to login at all. I have been a subscriber to Weather TAP for a long time, but I am unable to use it anymore.
