Near real time weather data for the South African Sugarcane Research Institute (SASRI) automatic weather station (AWS) network. Most of the stations are located in the South African sugarcane belt in eastern KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga. Few of the stations in other SADC countries, typically on large sugarcane estates. Data are updated every 5-minutes, but there might be delays due to network or system glitches at some of the sites. Please note that these data have not been quality-checked, and stations may be offline, so please check that the ‘last update’ date and time are correct. Please report any suspicious values or offline stations to sasri.rtwd@sugar.org.za.
