I paid a monthly subscription fee and the amount was deducted from my account, but I did not receive the subscription benefits and I cannot contact the game support. Who among you knows the solution?
Game no longer opens
I played this game yesterday and wanted to play again today but it just says connection lost and i have tried deleting the app, reinstalling it, restarting my phone, different networks,… but no results.

I like the game it is fun and addicting but why do you need internet it is not a multiplayer game.

The game is overall very good and fun, you need a bit of strategy and knowledge of what you’re doing.
But, the bad part is the game hasn’t been updating in an year. So, even if you’ve gotten the best websites and lots of profit from it, there’s no forward. That’s pretty much the game. I hope they update it, but who knows.
