Delighted to say that this works well on my iPad and allows me access to my Buffalo NAS with no problems.

Doesn't Connect
The app doesn't connect to my NAS despite it being setup properly and working on my PC. The app either does nothing or shows that there is an SSL error. I have tried many thing but nothing has helped. Would be nice to get this working.
Needs More File Types
Works good with a three years old Buffalo NAS. Only problem is that it does not play MKV or AVI files. Most of my movie library is MKV and camera vids are AVI. Should be simple to fix.
NAS app
Cannot access sleep timer settings setting from app or Safari. Much use a windows device for that.

This app keeps crashing! It defeats the purpose of buying the buffalo Cloud storage
Not the greatest app
After the most recent update the app crashes as soon as you open it. The layout and user interface could do with a redesign. But the video playback quality is good.

I have a NAS LS421DE.
I find it only plays certain formats plus it constantly times out, I've had to get other apps to play my movies on.
Can you please give WebAccess I a much needed update that will allow it to play all formats and give a steady stream.

Awful
Works fine on local network is total carp to connect any other way. My nas drive is great with my sonos but I would like to access my files away from home.
Could do so much more
The app is great for listening to music but managing anything else is lacking.
I'd like to be able to shuffle through all my music not just by folders (albums)

Update has destroyed functionality
I have the new iPad Air 2 with the latest 8.1.2 iOS and the program crashes as soon as it's opened. The program runs fine on my iPhone 6 running the same software, but apparently not for the iPad. Please fix Buffalo.
No longer Functions
It worked well up until the October 2014 Upgrade. Now, I can see index listings of the files on my Linstations. However when I try to access them, it fails. Too bad programmers cannot get their upgrades right!
Lacking
This app is lacking loads of features. Copying files from your NAS to your device is almost impossible, it's GUI isn't that easy to use and cumbersome design. Please Buffalo keep up with the market and improve this app.
iPhone backup not working
After calling tech support and numerous hours and multiple apple devices, I'm thinking this is the worst written app I have used. Buffalo ...re write this app and get backup to work! iPhone 5s. and ipad tested
Close to very good
Once running, this is a great app for browsing and reading files on your home buffalo NAS drive. I discovered it by accident a couple of years after buying the drive and wish I'd found it sooner.
There is, however, one killer issue: No upload. Whatsoever. So you can download a file, pass it over to pages, edit it, but then you can't push it back up to the home drive. Ooops.
Other than than that, and a slightly complex setup, good 3 star app.

App crashing
The app keep crashing ever time I try to do something on my ipad.
App keeps timing out
The app times out 9.5 out of 10 times when trying to connect to my files but when it does connect, I've watched full movies without interruption.
Please Extend file list frame on iPad version.
Can't not reading long file name.
