Between Verizon and Buffalo and probably the stupidest person on the planet…So hard for this simple sim. I haven’t given up yet. I like local access though.
Doesn’t Stream Anymore
This app used to stream files to my TV from my phone no problem. Then they updated and the streaming option is gone. It says it’s in there in the “what’s new”, but I’ve been through every part of this app and it’s a lie.
Literally the only thing I used this app for. Kinda pointless now. My NAS is just a SSHD connected to my router instead of what it once was, my own personal streaming server.

Stupid
Doesn’t work at all
3 years old since last update
Clunky, difficult to setup, and does not function at the end of the day.
Made a mistake buying this !!
Don’t buy this! It’s not user friendly at all.
What a waste.
I bought the Buffalo link station and followed the instructions and downloaded this app. And after a dozen failed attempts to get this app and the other app to work together total waste of time as the app never worked.
Minimally Useful
WebAccess is great for viewing files on Buffalo NAS devices but is very lacking when it comes to upload/download functionality. It only allows for uploading photos/videos that are stored in the iPhone albums. It needs to have the ability to download any file from the NAS in order to edit them and upload from any folder on the mobile device including Google Drive, ICloud, OneDrive.

strangely only allows you to upload photos/movies from your album (something i have no need of). no ability to upload files or documents. seems fairly restrictive and sort of defeats the entire purpose of a nas

Useless for iOS Backup
This app is useless for iOS backup. They need to include a simple HEIC filter.

LS421DE39E is garbage NAS on the market. Online web access never work. No Apps update. Save your money don’t buy their garbage product.
Doesn’t support iOS HEIC files
You can’t view apple photos… the application doesn’t have support to open the default iOS HEIC format, only jpeg, pdf, png, or mov works. Very disappointed that they advertise photo browsing for iOS without providing proper support.
Clunky, auto upload doesn’t work
The feature I needed the most doesn’t work. Auto upload works on about 12 files then it stops. I’ve tried to upload to several webaxs but nothing works. I suspect there has to be an update for iphone 13?
Please allow Share Feature
Please update or allow the ability for this app to be used in the share feature. For example if I have a movie in my iOS files app and I click share, I get a list of apps I can share it to. If WebAccess was available in solid utilize my Nas drive much more easily than just using the restrictive WebAccess interface that only ties into iPhone photos app.

Cannot download videos?
This platform desperately needs an update. No option to add a Video from a NAS drive to my local iPhone media library, ridiculous
Not bad but missing file / folder sort
Not bad app, seems fairly solid. However can't see a way to sort files or folders, so you can see in date order. Such a basic feature for any photo browser app you would think??

Auto upload.
In August 2019 a IOS update removed the auto upload function. I raised this with them and despite being told the developers were working on it it still has not been corrected. It was one of the main reasons I purchased two units.
The last time I checked , new units being sold still had “auto upload” in the specifications.

No longer able to upload photos to store!!!
Really liked this app but now I’m no longer to upload my photos! It’s so annoying!!!!
Automatic uploading still not back?
It would be nice to have this feature back so i can have peace of mind that my pictures are all backed up when im at home.. it was a very good feature when it was available
