App doesn’t work
Site is easy to set up but only on desktop. Less than an hour before my shower started, I couldn’t log into the app. Nor even just try forget password. I know I used the right password but I was trying anything. I’m on bedrest. So we were relying on the virtual…. Thanks for ruining it! Can’t wait for the excusing on why we won’t get a refund. Oh and customer service only available through email. I doubt I’ll get a response in time.

Waste of money
If I could give zero stars I would. Not one single person was able to log in on shower day and I’ve not been able to each anyone for customer support or a refund
Is this a Scam? Very Disappointed!
I purchased this app for my daughter’s upcoming baby shower. I am not very tech savvy but was able to set it up. It was cute and I was excited to use it.
Then I began hearing from people that they could not access the registry. Ok I will let people know where she is registered. Now I am hearing from guests that they can’t access the App. WHAT GOOD IS AN APP YOU CAN’T ACCESS! I recommend that you use Zoom or Skype and send an invite through the mail.

Wasted a lot of people’s time
Attended a shower hosted through this app, with about a dozen other connections. Everyone’s video and audio was so choppy it was effectively useless. After about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work we all switched to a Google Meet meeting and no one had audio or video issues at all.
Do Not Use!
One of the worst apps I’ve seen. Video connection kept kicking people off. App is extremely basic, not made well. Better to use Facebook to set up a private event and then use Zoom for the virtual baby shower. That’s what we ended up doing yesterday due to all the issues this app had. Very disappointing.
