Lost Library

I have spent a lot of money on books in this app. Yes, they can be expensive but I was fine with that since most of the stories are great! However, so was sick and unable to log-in for a couple of months and now my account is not linked to my Facebook like it had previously been. It tells me there is an error. It has been a least a month and yet there has been no attempt for the app to help me get my library back. Don’t waste your money! Very disappointed since I really loved this app.

App has a issue

After spending time and money on this app, my account which has a balance of more than 6800 plus coins, just disappeared and all my books with hundreds of paid chapters just disappeared from my library. There is no response from their app management.... totally ignored. So irresponsible and feeling so cheated.
Even if something is wrong, the right thing is to issue us a statement....fraud in the first class 😡😡😡

Why can’t I sign on with my Facebook anymore? I have thousands of coins I didn’t use. There’s no one that I can contact to fix this problem either.
