One of a kind app
This is a very interesting app because it’s the only one I found that lets you put webcam images on widgets. I like the default satellite map, but I’ve also included several cameras around town so I can see traffic conditions, weather conditions in the harbor and other things. I find it super cool to be scrolling on your home screen and see a live image from a webcam!

Keeps getting better.
This app is one of a kind. I’m not aware of any other app that lets you put a webcam image on a live widget. It works perfectly and the developer keeps adding new features so it always gets better over time. Best of all there’s no subscriptions.

Super useful
This app is a super useful way to display live webcams on my Home Screen. I love the default satellite image of the earth but I also use it to check on a snow cam at my my favorite ski resort.

The only webcam widget of its kind
This app does one thing and does it well - you can out a webcam image on your Home Screen and watch it update. The trick is to find the right camera URL but email the developer and he will help. It works great and lets me watch the sunset on a nearby island.

Best webcam tracker
This is by the developer who made the dashboard widget I used to view webcams years ago called SlothCam. It gives similar functionality using iOS widgets. Highly recommended to for viewing webcam images on your Home Screen.

Great for space weather data and other things
I personally use this app to display space weather data on my Home Screen. There are a few charts I like to look at to see what the chance of observing the aurora borealis is and these charts are published to the web as JPEG images. I simply paste the URL of these images into his app and I can track them on my Home Screen, that way I never miss an opportunity to photograph the aurora borealis. Its also great for weather data (some wind charts published by NWS), water level data in the river near my house (some charts published the USGS), satellite images and even webcam images.

Perfect for tracking storm data
I use this app to track hurricane data from the national hurricane center as well as GOES satellite imagery from NOAA during storm season. I also use it to track space weather data. This app is perfect for showing any web image on your iOS or iPad OS Home Screen as a widget.

The successor to SlothCam.
This app is by the developer of SlothCam, a webcam dashboard widget I used years ago in Mac OS. It gives most of the same functionality but via Home Screen widget instead of dashboard widget. I’m glad to see the legacy of SlothCam live on in iOS!
