Free app charged me $19.32

I never rate these apps but I think I just might have to start so here I go. I downloaded this app for live views of the world and out of no where they decide to charge me for using a free app. I’m so confused! It clearly says free and no where in it does it say free trial! I will have to be extremely cautious about downloading from here on out!
