Needed this solution — really useful
Does what I need it to do — use my phone for comms with workers who only use sms. Much easier with this. Thanks to the dev. One suggestion: include a note to users about privacy and the address book permission.

It was cheap enough but you can’t actually send a message from your pc. You still have to hit the send button on your phone which kind of defeats the purpose for me...
Apparently this is something to do with Apple and won’t be added in any future updates? Makes the app seem more like a novelty than anything else. Also if you minimize the app or if your phone locks on a timer it will disconnect. I thought this would make messaging easier when I was at my desk but this is so much more complicated. Really annoying.

Love the ease of use of WebSMS - it gives me the ability to type my texts on my computer to single or multiple recipients then a single touch enables sending direct from my phone using my phone plan so no extra charges - fabulous!

Nur ein Eingabefenster am PC zum Text schreiben. Senden muss man am iPhone separat. Kein SMS Verlauf am PC sichtbar. Telefon muss an und ensperrt sein und die App muss im Vordergrund laufen, sonst ist keine Verbindung möglich.
Liebe Entwickler, schaut euch WhatsApp Web an. Das ist kein Zauberwerk, sollte auch für SMS möglich sein.

Einfach und gut
IP Adresse und Port in den Browser und schon SMS schreiben auf einer bequemen Tastatur am Rechner. Prima, vielen Dank an den Entwickler!

Don't waste your time - the web page lets you type your message but doesn't send it! Waste of money!
Saves typing on keyboard
This app lets you use a web browser to type the message and populate the text in the iMessages text field for the selected contact.. you still have to hit send. Likely limited by the amount of control we are given of an iOS device.

Does not work at all...
I follow the minimal instruction this application has and it does not work at all... I write the Ip address it is shown and nothing! Waste of money...
Klappt.
Funktioniert einwandfrei. Allerdings nur mit dem IE. Der Firefox verweigert den Dienst. Einlesen von Kontakten funktioniert. Nachdem man im IE auf Senden drückt, wird die SMS in das iPhone kopiert, anschliessen dort auf Senden drücken...das wars.

der einmal ein SMS-Eingabefenster öffnet, danach nicht mehr funktioniert - Reine APP-Zocke - eigentlich 0 Sterne, bei der Bewertung muss jedoh mindestens 1 Stern angeklickt werden.

no way to reply to message and sill have to click send on phone…

App nulle, on écrit son sms d'accord sur le clavier mais il faut valider sur son Iphone, ce serait bien d'avoir à l'écran son historique de sms puis tout gérer à partir de son ordinateur vraiment comme un chat.
