The app keeps signing me out and being very laggy. Please fix.

The app is having the same issue as user before me! Just stuck at the white opening screen with the logo. Have tried reinstalling twice. Connected and disconnected from WiFi. Nothing.

The app is stuck at launch. White screen & logo. No loading. No login. I’ve updated the app. Deleted and redownloaded. Still the issue.

Whatever recent update has broken something in the login process. I have been logged out and I try login and it’s stuck after the barcode is entered. My app is updated. Help please 🙏🏻
I’m Back to Say...
It’s great! I was hopeful and disappointed months ago, but since then things have improved. This app does all the things I wish it did... I can have multiple cards in one space without having to log in multiple times so I can hold and renew all my family’s many books easily. I also use the barcode feature all the time... I just choose which card I want to check books out on and scan it at the library kiosk to check them out. No more fumbling with multiple cards! Works great for a mom with young kids who’d rather run off to play the game table than wait to check out their books. ;)

Can’t add my cards
I was told about this app today and how I can link all our household cards. I thought that sounded great so immediately downloaded it, but so far I have not been able to get a single card even added or even log in at all. The scan barcode feature first listed will not scan any of our cards and the log in scanner does scan them, but then says my credentials are invalid when I try to log in. It adds an A at the beginning and a B at the end of the card number and even with deleting those it still will not accept my log in info. So the app is completely useless.

I want to love it...
I want to love this app, but it isn’t doing it for me. My favorite part is having my barcode on my phone to check out my books if I don’t have my physical card on me. But the glitches when I try to renew books (maybe I have too many for the system to handle? Or I’m using too many cards?) make it pretty unusable. And the linking of my kids’ cards to my app would be heaven ... if it worked. Every so often they just disappear from my account and then I have to delete and reinstall the app to get them to recognize credentials to add them back.
