This UI needs help

Terrible UI, confusing navigation and a frustrating user experience. Bro like if you ever need someone to design a better app for free I’m available..at this point, just let me redesign it respectfully I could do better

TERRIBLE REFRESH SYSTEM

So I was switched groups without knowing for a whole MONTH and I had no idea because the app would not refresh informations on its own, you need to log out, then log in again in order for the app to refresh its informations.
How awful.
