Terrible

Not just this app, but Webex’s entire service is terrible & unreliable. Constantly dropped calls or awful connection.

Terrible

I have had so many problems with this app. I work remotely and cannot be glued to a computer for calls all the time. This app should be the solution but I’ve had so many instances for calls dropping, bad connectivity, and glitches left and right. I called IT to put in a help ticket and they followed up WEEKS later. So frustrating.

Can’t sign in!

I am trying to use the app for conference calls and after I put in my password, it says invalid authentication credentials. I have reset my password THREE TIMES and even on the password reset screen it says I have invalid authentication credentials! What is wrong with the app that I won’t let me in???

Our company is on WebEx Calling (formerly the Cisco Spark Calling platform). I can get past my organization’s SSO, but get the same NSInvalidArgumentException error. As far as I know Cisco has 2 separate cloud PBX services, WebEx Calling (former Spark), and Broadcloud. I believe this app only will work for Broadcloud customers, despite the fact it’s branded WebEx Calling. Cisco should rethink the branding/clarify so it is obvious that there are two distinct platforms and make it clear which apps to use.
