Not easy to navigate and messages mark as read once you opened it
As soon as you click on a message it marks it as read. The web version you can read it and it stays as unread until you mark it down. Not the easiest to navigate. Too much info crammed into small areas.
Worst company ever cost me a 18k van and 10k worth of tools
Tomtom webfleet - Worst company – ever - After being a customer for three vehicles for over six years, we had a vehicle stolen and instead of helping us track the vehicle they refused to allow us access onto the tracker as we had for some reason missed a few payments. Instead of giving us instant access so we could find the vehicle they asked us to send an email to the finance department who refused to help until the email had been processed. Some 24 hours later they turned the tracker back on by which time the tracker had been found and destroyed. If they had of acted reasonably then we would have been able to get the vehicle back.
Don’t use them use a more reasonable company they where very unhelpful and where more bothered about a few invoices missed rather than helping recover a £ 18’000 van and £ 10’000 worth of tools all in all they have cost us £28’000.

Missing Availabiliy Filter
Since updating the app to 2.7 from 2.6.3, the Availability Filter option in the Vehicles tab is no longer there so the coloured Green or Grey dot next to the Vehicle icon is no longer there, which was used to easily indicate whether a driver is available (Active) when green, or unavailable (Inactive) when grey.
Please can this be reinstated ASAP as it is difficult to determine which drivers are active or not without those availability indicators.

This is a great app and just keeps getting better and better with every update.

Bad app, even worst company
Save yourself the time - the product is ok but is more expensive than alternatives. The app is not great - this works better on computer.

Doesn’t work
I installed the app, logged in, but I can’t open it, dark screen. I deleted and installed it many times, switched the phone on- off many times, but nothing worked, always dark screen. Very disappointed !
New app update is Awful
Well if the plan was to take something which worked but could be better and change that to something that is truly awful then it is job

Very poor and totally lacking functionality when considered against the website capabilities.

We were promised the ability to see where our vehicles are at all times. We work off of iPhone when away from the office but the app doesn’t update on the phone.
Knowing where my vehicles were 3 hours ago with no ability to refresh is useless.

Trip Type?
The ability to change the trip type from private to business is essential otherwise there's not much point to this app. I may as well logon to the 'flash' based website on my computer and delete this app.
Terrible
Was great up until the last update. Vehicle trips doesn't show the route taken. Trips start and end in random places. Vehicles disappear. The app worked much better before. Very poor!!
Broken
Since last update vehicles randomly disappear, reloading don't help, have to wait half hour then retry. Always different vehicles.

adding destination postcode on ETA info would be a great help

The most important features for us are to see what location the vehicle is heading to and ETA ! These are no longer available in the updated version, why have you removed these 😁 very unhappy with this version !

The app does the job you need it to do. I believe it could be a lot better if you had more options like you do from the computer at the office.
Webfleet Mobile
Use the app daily, very easy to use and navigate round. Keeps me intouch with things when away from the office. A must have app for any webfleet users.
