Fix your App
The app isn’t working at all. I’ve lost all my books and you can’t report any problems cause the app is basically gone. Only giving a single star cause I have to in order to submit a review.
Disappointed
Opened the app one day and it’s blank. I’ve lost everything but 1 book. It will not connect and will not let me contact them. Soooo disappointed. I loved this app and the books in my library. I hope one day it can be fixed.

I’ve been using this app for two years very happily. Had earned about a dozen books in my library. All of the sudden I am unable to open my library. Everything is gone and I get a network error. I’m using the latest version of the app so I don’t know what the issue is but I have a lot of time invested in this app and can no longer use it. Don’t waste your time or money.

Bonuses
Lots of glitches, I’ve been a paying customer on a monthly basis ever since I started reading, I’ve left messages about not being able to receive monthly bonuses and here is month 2 and I still can’t get my bonuses, but to nail my coffin shut now it’s not working for weekly bonuses, come on u guys I spend lots of money just to read your books and u don’t offer many bonuses or rewards so u should be able to keep app running smoothly and that it works correctly

The app will not open
Every time I try to open this app now it flashes the logo for a brief second and then goes black and stays black. It’s pretty frustrating. I’ve restarted the app restarted my phone and nothing seems to work. There is no new current update that I can see.
Useless app
Why do you place stories on FB that aren’t on your sight? No title listed, only a number and that is useless in your search function. Do not waste your time or money on this app!

Every time I open the app it closes itself and I can’t use it. I think if I could actually use it then it would be great

I was in the middle of a book and now the app is not working. Won’t load the book some of my bonuses won’t let me click on them. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still not working!!! Won’t even let me log back into my account!!!!
Too many technical difficulties
App freezes. Won’t release coins for benefit even though eligible to receive them (button won’t work).
