It’s like they just wanted an app. This app is completely useless. Sure there are videos, videos that are less helpful than what you find on YouTube. Further, there is absolutely no way to test and verify your unit is working.

Is the data all make believe?

Dropping pins for towers all over the map at seemingly random locations where I know there are not towers. I also noticed that there was no pin for a tower that actually did exist. Is this some kind of joke?

Unclear how to use. It asks you to enter numbers in the fields, but this does nothing, and there is no button or indication of what to do next.

This app is junk! The only thing it will do is tell you what direction a cell tower is but not where it is. Oh thanks weBoost! Go in this direction and eventually you will get to a tower! It does nothing to work with your booster to help boost signal!

Not current with recent iOS

The app screenshots and directions are not up to date with how the phone OS shows settings which may require adjustments. Even the names of some properties are outdated enough that one cannot locate the analogous item

Mostly useless

There’s no reason this app needs to exist, it doesn’t track your signal which means you have to constantly update it from the built in diagnostic page. The booster works great though

Tower locator changes

I can reboot my phone and when I click on FIND my nearest cell tower, it always shows a different result. All over the place. I ended up just turning the antenna and checking inside until I got the best signal on my phone.

It is pointing into a hill.

It is pointing right at a heavily forested hill. Cell signal doesn't travel through dirt.

Not very useful

I downloaded the app because the marketing packet inside my device’s box suggested it to help with setup and said it would let me see what my signal was like before and after. I personally didn’t find the set up videos to be helpful, since it’s easy and one of the items wasn’t even included with my product, despite choosing the correct one from the list. There’s also nowhere in the app that I can see to directly compare my signal before and after. I was expecting some sort of dashboard that showed I have X bars or signal strength without it and it raises me to Y bars or signal strength afterwards. Doesn’t feel like there’s a strong reason to keep the app without being able to monitor that or see things like my history or a map of towers. If those things were added, I’d use it on a regular basis.

App unable to find a signal for my iPhone 13 or my gateway and both have SIM cards installed with a slow but working T-Mobile home internet connection.

Tower map

It will be cool if weBoost have tower map will be much easy witch one use 5G etc hope they will bring that feature tower map.
