Who taught you to put adding more webuck funds as default at the payment page? Waiting for user to “accidentally” adding 25 dollars more to funds every time?

Food options are mostly poor and very overpriced, they’re consistently changing the app which rarely results in a positive change and often negatively affects us. Our business is not happy. If your goal is to save money, this is for you, but if you want to enjoy your lunch I would suggest going elsewhere

“Favorites” need to work better
The “favorite” category used to show all items I marked as favorites but not anymore since many months ago. Now it only shows 2 items while one of them is not even my in my favorites. This has happened for a long time and really needs to be fixed.
Are the other reviews fake?
The app is extremely difficult to navigate, and the prices and selection change randomly. Why is one sandwich at Subway or Togos sold out? Too many times I am unable to place an order before the deadline due to the app. My company pays for lunch if we order, but I pay for more of my lunches than the company due to the service they selected.
