User reviews

I use this once a month at least with my toddler

It's great, haven't had any serious issues yet but it helps us not freak out and get the info we need to know if it's serious.

Not for use by EMS Providers

App requires you to input too much information (including email address, zip code, etc) prior to giving out the necessary info you would need if you were to utilize this tool on scene of an emergency.

Can’t use this as a tool?

I wanted to use this to see if various household items are toxic but they require you to enter your zip code. The app has a check box if you’re using the platform as a tool but they still ask you for your email and zip code. Please make the app friendlier to people who are curious.

Great App!

Really helpful information. Quick and easy to use and I especially liked that I could get the same great advice without having to call.

Highly recommended !!!

We had a huge scare with my 5 year old while we were overseas. Communication was difficult with the local poison control phone line and this app was extremely helpful. While my wife was on the phone I was with my son and filling in the questions on this app. I got the result on the app saying no ER visit was necessary but expect a list of side effects. Eventually my wife got the same exact info from a doctor on the phone. Having both perspectives was so reassuring. A day later and our son is fine, just as the app (and Dr) said. Thank you for this amazing service/support when you really need of.
