Stops working every time a new iPhone is released

Did it last year and required a fix. Now it’s not working again. App is a bit limited and clunky, but it worked for a while. Hope they fix it soon. Will revise my rating if they do.

If only it worked!

I am unable to login with either an existing or a new account. Shame as the website is great and I use it all the time for 24/7 support of my companies websites. Unable to find any mention on their site of this app so hopefully they will fix it or tell me what I am doing wrong from this review 😳
