Hassle selecting a seat.
I have been using this app for a long time and I always have issues with seat selection. Unless I select a seat right next to someone else it will not give me that seat. It is strange that somehow the people before me were able to select a seat in the middle but not me.

Using Apple to log in makes the app work a bit smoother and payment is a breeze.
Developers PLEASE make an English language version.

Hassle using card payment method
I have been using this app for a long time and I always have issues with using the credit card payment. PayPal works fine but credit cards don’t.

The staff are wonderfully kind and helpful, and the beds are simply fantastic
Non accetta user/password
Mi sono appena iscritto (e confermato) ma l’app non riconosce user e password. Inutile!
Login Error
Unfortunately login with the same email and password from the website does not work. Very annoying!
