The WeCare, 428th FA BDE App is for the Soldiers, Civilians and Dependents of 428th FA BDE in order for them to have the necessary tool for SHARP, Suicide Prevention, Chaplain, and the Links necessary to contact those agencies for more information.
The app will aide in informing personnel about the definition of sexual harassment and sexual assault, and the reporting procedures for both. The app is also to inform personnel who to report their assault or harassment to, if they chose to report.
