The delivery is very fast and the app experience is also excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Disappointing
The concept is good but the operation and the app UI is quite bad.
I have ordered maybe 10 times in the last month and it’s been consistently giving issues atleast 50% of the times. The locker system doesn’t seem to work well. The app is poorly designed so it’s not intuitive how to open the hatch. The hatch also is very prone to errors from the delivery agent or if someone else tries to close it you cannot open it anymore.
The timings are not favorable if your lunch time is between 12-1 as the food can be delivered all the way at 1.
Most of my colleagues including myself were hoping this would be a great idea as the rates are quite good but we have now switched away as it very consistently has given issues in all the orders.
