This is the best app for social interaction while not having to worry about anxiety or anything else involving judgement or similar things. Also no transportation needed as I am not able to drive at this time. This also rewards you for doing things to improve your life and wellbeing! Thank you WEconnect!

I am also very thankful for my one on one peer Michael who makes me feel comfortable talking to and confiding in! The app is very easy to use, it is user-friendly, there are many support groups on the app that just about anyone would benefit from this app. What makes it even better is the fact that your information is kept confidential so you don’t have to worry about anything you talk about, how you’re feeling, or being judged!

WEconnect has been a great asset for my mental health. The online meetings are free for everyone, the hosts are professional, empathetic and make everyone feel safe and welcome. WeConnect is a wonderful community.
An app thats easy to use and actually helps
The We Connect app is a user friendly mental health tool. The layout is clean and not overwhelming, which is a big deal when you’re already dealing with a lot. I can easily schedule one-on-one peer support appointments right in the app.
The purpose of the app is clear: it’s a safe space to get support. They offer various groups throughout the day, so I can almost always find one that fits my schedule. They also provide a daily affirmation that is motivating and inspiring.
One day I was really struggling and felt completely alone. I opened the app and found a live meeting starting in 10 minutes. Just joining that meeting and hearing others share their struggles turned my whole day around. Thats how powerful this is. I still have hard days, but now I have a place to go and people who understand. Highly recommend.
