Haven’t had to make a claim but had some issues signing up and received very helpful 1-2-1 support. The bicycle insurance I purchased was extensive and affordable it beats what’s currently around.
Promising but doesn't work
The app doesn't recognise my postcode or address and I have no option to enter it myself so I can't get a quote. I tried to get a quote using a different method but the "Next" button didn't work when I entered my job title.
