Notifications not appearing on mobile
I have set up the app and it’s working fine but I’m not getting any notifications to my mobile once someone presses my doorbell to notify me someone is ringing the doorbell.

The device worked for 2 days and then would not connect to network but device paired. Want money back
Waste of money
Had this for a year, and after a year the doorbell camera dies so often. Plus whenever you open the app to view the live doorbell footage, it just keeps loading and then says network error even though my wifi and data are working well. I cannot update the app either as it gives me an error for that as well.
On top of the already few annoying things that were present from the beginning…camera does not record sound when you want to record and save a clip. Nor does it allow you to turn the volume down or reduce the amount of rings it plays when someone pushes the bell button. Also when the battery is low, is says so out loud, but not on the screen part of the device in your house but on the visitors side of the device where the bell button is outside the door. So your neighbours can hear when your camera is dying if they happen to walk by your door and the camera picks them up.

When the app worked it was decent. But for the last 11 months I haven’t been able to connect to it. It just says network exception, please check network. So my door cam is useless now.
Network down, are you still in business
It’s being over 3 weeks that the network is not working therefore the app become useless. Please fix the network/server Thank you
