They dont let you delete your account
Took all my money and deleted my account
So I just paid over $400 on my account to get it working, but then today tried to log in and it says my email doesn’t exist on their database. I have had an account with them for over 3 years. I’ve honestly never this website as the app is terrible to use, but now I’m even more upset after paying hundreds of dollars with my account not even showing up anymore.

No one contacts you for customer service
As a vendor I’ve reached out over 6 times via phone and email and no one has gotten back to me. Disappointed
Why is there no Native Ipad App
Furthermore, its filled with bugs and feels like the entire thing is web based rather then running natively.
How do I make an account
I don’t have the option to make an account when I download the app

Easy to use
The app has been convenient and easy to use. Still has some flaws with text and formatting portion. Wish there was an intake form type of thing available so there’s less back and forth with our clients. But overall good app!
Automatically deletes the drafted message
Super frustrating. Each time the phone screen times out and goes to lock screen, the app automatically deletes the message I was drafting to send. It is so frustrating when you have written so much, and it deletes it all. It happened 3 times and I have just given up on this app.

Ease of use, intelligent systems
The app runs great, but the best asset of Wedding Wire are the humans that make it work. As a new business owner I was blown away that I received a personal phone call to walk me through my Premium membership, and ensure I understood the features and could get setup to gain the most out of the app and website. Hey guys I’m loving the app so far but it needs a notification badge outside the app. The only time I know weather I have been notified by a potential customer is the fact that I have to go into the app see it. Having a notification badge outside the app would make it the best app ever,thanks.
