Invite code mishap
I’m the MOH of my bestie’s wedding and I created an account to streamline the communication with the wedding party. I’ve made 2 attempts to invite them but the invite code they received is not working (e.g. someone got the message “cannot be completed” when they put in their invite code).
Is there one unique invite code for the wedding event I should be emailing to the party? Or are the self-generated codes in the wedding party members’ emails sufficient and we are missing a step(s). Please advise!

We are terribly sorry for this inconvenience. In a recent update, we have removed the need for an invite code for your wedding party. Your MOH will simply need to sign up with the same e-mail address you invited and the wedding will appear in their account. If this is not working for you, please let us know and we will be sure to resolve this as soon as possible. The last thing we want is for this to interrupt your planning. Thanks for your feedback!
