Not worth the money at all
They just made you buy there packages i have invested my 54 k around amount in there package and god its a full season time i havnt even recovered my invested money no support no replies they will contact you 1000 time to sell there package i m in connect with them from past 4 years there is no loyalty or any thing for countinue client total wastage of money they do hve very good convincing power to made you buy there packages dont fall for it girllls literally i have there advance package and got nothing its a huge amount

Disappointing experience with WedMeGood Premium Membership
I registered for the Premium Package on WedMeGood three months ago, during peak wedding season, with high expectations based on the commitments made by their team.
Before registering, I clearly shared my past bad experience with the platform. I was personally assured by their manager that this time would be different and was asked to “trust them.” Based on those promises, I went ahead with the premium registration.
Unfortunately, the reality has been extremely disappointing.
Despite being a premium member:
• I have received almost no quality leads
• The few leads that come in are for very low budgets (₹10,000 for 3 bridal looks, ₹2,000 for siders), which are far below my listed prices and professional standards
• There is no filtering of leads based on budget, even for premium vendors
When I repeatedly asked why I’m not receiving relevant or premium leads, the response I got was:
“Hum leads generate nahi karte, leads khud aati hain.”
This raises a very important question:
If leads are not curated or supported in any way, then on what basis is a premium package being sold?
As a professional artist investing a significant amount in this platform, I expected value, visibility, and serious inquiries — not random, unrealistic leads.
Overall, the promises made before registration were not delivered, and the premium membership has not justified its cost.
I would strongly advise fellow vendors to think carefully before trusting verbal assurances and investing in premium plans here.

Have an account on WedMeGood business for over 10yrs now and now all of a sudden I’m unable to log in to my own account ,every time I try it states that I already have an account which is strange since it’s a business account and I’m signed out u should be able to sign in ..even though i sent emails to customer care they’ve not gotten back with any solution

I’m honestly very disappointed with the services provided. I invested a significant amount to be a part of this platform, expecting value in return. Instead, I was asked to opt for additional services on a commission basis — something I clearly wasn’t interested in. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory. I wouldn’t recommend using this platform as a side channel for your bookings. The services did not meet expectations at all.

False claims at the time of renewal
I had asked before renewal if there was a pause of subscription for maternity, the team member committed that pause will be provided if documents are submitted, When the time came the team member was non-responsive for 2 months and then offered credit note, which was not a part of the commitment, on fighting I was offered a pause of 3 months in my 2nd trimester, which was completely useless as I wouldn’t be able to attend inquiries during delivery or handling a new borne. They make false promises, spam leads all over the app. Earlier it used to work. But not now, and the team has got worse.

WEDMEGOOD FRAUD
WedMeGood is one of the most fake apps in the wedding Industry. Its just a game of money and nothing else. They do not list authentic vendors , just anyone who can afford to pay them the given amount becomes a pro member. Earlier it was about the quality and so we used to list our business through them! But now 15 makeup artists are listed as pro members and the ones who just learnt and managed to make a profile are on top compared to the people who are so experienced and have better quality of work. So I WOULD RECOMMEND ALL BRIDES TO BE!
Kindly do not trust the app. Take genuine suggestions from your friends and family. This platform is just making money whereas do not risk your big day with the app’s choice!

Great platform to showcase your work

Worst company
I had an absolutely terrible experience working with Wed Me Good as a vendor specifically my relation ship manager Shahrukh Mihir. Not only did I not receive any leads from their platform despite paying for their services, but when I tried to voice my concerns to their customer care team, they completely ignored me and did nothing to address the issue.
To make matters even worse, when I persisted in trying to get some kind of response from Wed Me Good, they actually went so far as to block my account from their portal. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a company that claims to be dedicated to helping vendors grow their business.
Overall, I would strongly advise against working with Wed Me Good as a vendor. They are clearly more interested in making money than actually providing value to their customers, and they will not hesitate to silence anyone who dares to question their practices. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable and trustworthy platform to help you grow your business.

Unable to access profile or make it live
It’s been days since I’ve made a business profile but i can’t access it as it is not going live. Kindly find a solution
No Leads Conversions
I have been a member since June of 2022 but till now, there have been no lead conversions and most of the leads are fake. When I call a lead either they dont respond or when they do they ask for pricing and if I make a package according to thier requirements and quote it to them they dont respond back. I messaged them many times but no proper response. In totality there have been no lead conversions till now. Please take a serious note of this and if possible I would like one of your team members to contact me and listen to my query properly.

MUA's dont waste your money
Wedmegood vendor service is a big no.
If you are a beginner or even pro makeupartist and have planned to buy a plan to get leads that too genuine one's please do not waste your money here.
They will sell you the plan and then your profile won't be displayed at top as there are too many mua's expecting same from them. In 10 months i got 17 leads out of which 12-13 were from people
pretending to be from Indian army but are fake spammers. How can you expect to get leads when your profile views is 24-25 monthly? This means their website traffic is not much in case of makeup artists.

Good Portal for vendors
Being a Makeup Artist it’s easier for me to upload my work ,clients review and my service charges all at one place. Also u get organic leads and dere is no one between u and ur client. I found it a little expensive as they don’t commit about number of confirm leads. It’s just been a month I have enrolled my business here and Raamish helping me in every step. But must say it’s better than any other wedding portal.

Get service only if you pay
I have been on the platform for almost 2 years now. Initially I had calls from their support team to buy premium plans which I wasn’t sure would work out so decided not to go ahead with. With time the calls increased with their representatives continuously calling and texting, trying to sell the packages. It’s been almost 2 months now since they have deactivated my profile(which was verified account for 2 years) just because I refuse to purchase their plans. Moreover even after writing mails again and again to their vendor support team I did not receive any response. To conclude, only if you are planning to purchase premium membership you can consider registering yourself on WedMeGood!

Not user friendly at all
I have been struggling with a small issue since a year now only to get a very unreasonable excuse.
I wanted them to remove my old profile and update my new one as it’s a different company now and they refused.
Tried creating one with the new name but again rejected because of same phone number.
The other one is not active but when tried to create with a different number it says email I’d already exists which was the previous rejected one. So many issues for creating one simple profile. I guess it’s a waste of time trying to figure out things with your firm and other wedding websites are more user friendly.
