Where are the sounds?

No sounds or music with app

If you have issues with the sounds and music then you probably have the device's mute button/toggle on. Our apps respect the mute sounds setting, but some other apps don't do that. Please follow these instructions, and hopefully you can enjoy the app with the beautiful sounds and music: Check the small side switch on your device. If there is a reddish-orange mark visible, the iPad/iPhone is muted. Please note that the sides switch can be use either for muting the iPad, or locking rotation. To fix this issue, simply push the switch up into the non-muted position. If the sound is still not working, you can: 1. Double tap on the home button to bring up the menu on the bottom of the device. 2. Scroll to the right until the iPad’s sound icon appears. If this icon has a hash through it, click on it once to turn the sound back on. If that doesn't help, you send us an email at info@weetaps.com

Love the game

My boys, 2 and 5, love this game. We got the Halloween one first, and they loved it so much, we had to buy this one. Very high quality kids game.

Fantastic

My little boy (22 months) loves all of the wee taps apps - particularly the puzzles. We also have a 5 week old baby and these apps have been a Godsend for entertaining Benji whilst I am feeding his sister. I am impressed by the challenge of the puzzles, the animation is fantastic and the music is good quality. I’ve happily paid for some of the other apps too based on the free ones. Fantastic work - I look forward to seeing what comes next!

The sound issue is probably related to the mute switch. Our apps will have no sound when your device is in silent mode. This is probably the reason why you have no sound. Best check the mute switch on the side or in the control center of the iPad/iPhone to fix this. We hope you this will fix your issue. If not, please get in touch with us via our website.
