Excellent idea, but needs work
I love the idea and definitely keen to keep using and recommending the device, but I’ve been having some issues and have suggestions:
- The language should be reviewed (eg “faces” should probably be “faeces”? And some incorrect grammar impacting readability)
- Sometimes the device incorrectly thinks I’ve changed a diaper when I haven’t or vise versa. It would be helpful to have the functionality to manually fix these entries or add/delete diaper changes
- So far the device is showing all events as faeces and none as urine
- Sometimes the device either just isn’t connecting to my phone, or not detecting events on the nappy. I’ve followed the instructions but this could be from my placement of the device? It would be helpful to have more trouble shooting on the app with common issues (eg exact placement needed for best readings and things that can impact readings eg I have a tiny premature baby so maybe he or his nappies are too small?)
