I attempted to identify several plants and some weed and kept getting the same message, “something went wrong, try again later.” What’s wrong? This app

Purchased this app thinking it would help me with my weed problem and it does not identify anything at all. No weeds or plants period , waste of money do not purchase.
Doesn’t work at all
It’s never worked one time. Just gives me an error code. Can’t believe I paid money for this.
