Game progress completely reset

My game progress is completely reset but it still shows I've unlocked things and bought them, I loved the game but it's broken

Fun but

There doesn’t seem to be a way to unlock the last few items for direct purchase. Merging couch potatoes just cycles you back to the beginning. Kind of a let down but it’s still cute I guess

Trying to Contact for App Support

My Current Game has Reset, I have Lost all my shelving upgrades etc.. also the Prices in the Market Didn’t Reset?? They are why too Expensive for having to Start all over again.

Enjoying this Game, the Visuals are addictive, would be good if every upgrade didn’t cost me real money and use in game achievements to Level up.
