This app & your customer service needs help

I opened the app. It went straight to a commercial. When the X appeared in the upper right corner, when I selected it nothing happened.
Could it be that you need to update the app?
I have an iPhone XS iOS 16.6.
Then I selected support before I came to write this. It opened in Spanish.
That was a dead end.

App is junk.

No wonder you guys sank to number 2. I love Hillman in the AM. I go on 98.5 clear as a bell. WEEI app total junk I get every other sentence. Also how long did it take to get to this point of having an app like a big boy company. What year is it again. Fix your app higher the guy from 98.5 to get it right.
