Or maybe people are just technology challenged. You can turn the light on and off with the power button in the app, and you can pretty easily set your own custom schedule, with your own custom colors and brightness. I have mine set to wake up dimly, then it goes full light, then I have it dim again for a mid day break, then full light, then night mode. Set my own colors and everything, you just have to understand how to use the app.

日の出日の入りの明暗コントロールについて
日の出日の入りの明るさの変化をもっと細かく変化してほしい。
プリセットでWhite 日の出日の入り0.5hで使用していますが
思ったよりも明るく灯きはじめて段階的にはっきり分かるくらいに明るさが変化します。
マニュアルでRGBの出力を1%刻みで設定できる性能があるなら、例えば0.5hでセットしたら1分で3%くらいずつ出力を上げてくれるとかです。
是非、アップデートの際には検討していただきたいと思います。

Does not Connect
Bought a series L 600mm and have to say that the light really pops the colours of my fish and I have confidence that it will suffice for plant health. However, it came with NO manual, was unable to download one online, and this app WILL NOT connect by bluetooth as required.
So disappointing that poor after sales service is letting down what might be a good product. The only way to turn off the light is to manually unplug, as the light itself has no on/off switch.
Sigh.

タイマー機能が機能しない
最も必要とされる機能であろう、タイマー機能の設定がハードウエアに全く反映されません。マニュアルを丁寧に読み、試行錯誤を続けてきましたが諦めました。恐らく、私が利用した中で最も出来の悪いアプリです。
