Almost there…

If they can perfect the calendar synching then i would give 5 stars… sometimes my calendars synch, sometimes not- even after manual triggering…

The platform has everything i need and is setup in a ver straightforward and “productive-like” way.

i dont experience any other issues really…

keeps trying to charge me every year

Though I am not subscribed to their yearly plan, they tried to charge my credit card again this year.
It happened last year, too, and I had to request my credit card company a dispute for their charge.

Buggy

Could not even setup basic objectives. Data entries kept vanishing. And the screen turned black at the oddest times. It looks like a great idea. But a ways to go.

Cannot be trusted

Firstly I have to state that I truly loved this app. I used it daily for planning and found the automatic pushing of incomplete items to the next day to be an excellent feature.

However, when the app underwent its major update and rebrand I was shut out, as all access went behind a paywall. This was particularly galling as there was no prior warning of this.

When I first got the app I started using it without creating an account, as it wasn't a requirement, however after the update, the only way to gain access was with login details (which I didn't have). This app, containing all my plans and data had locked me out, with no way of regaining access. I contacted support many times, where nobody seemed to understand or know how to remedy the problem.

To create a calendaring app to rival the major players in the space and ask people to entrust their important data to your planner you must have integrity and I've sadly found this to be lacking with WeekPlan. Unfortunate, as it is a functional and useful app but having been forced off the platform I'm happy to have found Tick Tick, which is an even better design for my needs.

Good ideas but ...

... bad implementation. Probably very powerful planner app under the hood, but boy is the UX bad.

Crappy

I never rate apps. This one is down for maintenance constantly. Features are taken down indefinitely. Not ready for prime time.

Janky Sign Up on iOS

Looks interesting. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use the app, because the sign up process on iOS gets hung up, when you say you want to use Google to sign in. If signing up via the iPhone app isn’t possible, that’s fine but say so.

I may try to sign up online, but, so far, the experience does not bode well.

What happened?

Used to enjoy Week Plan, but couldn’t justify pricing so stopped using it.

Came back a couple of years later with the hope this had changed. Unfortunately the app now seems bloated and non-functional. Trying to drag and drop entries (or even open them it seems), crashes the app consistently.

Very sad, but this is a definite non-recommend.

Paid but nothing for 4 days

Update: What’s going on? I still cannot access my account that I paid for 4 days ago! Is it just a SCAM?

Their support is only an automatic message and no action. This is frustrating!

Cannot log in through Google on phone

I paid to have access to this for a year. I can’t even log in through my google account on my phone! Very disappointed.

Are you kidding?

The pricing is absolutely ludicrous for this non intuitive, somewhat flakey planner. There are better choices (not going to list them as I’m not a shill) for a fraction of the cost. Revise the pricing and I may become a customer but until then no freaking way.

tl;dr: Deleted.

No way to cancel

I supscribed to trial version and then realized that they start billing me. Now it has been around a year that I have been struggling to cancel my account. Emails, messages, compliants - nothing works. They keep billing me for $42 every month and no way to get rid of this. Wise labs indeed!

Great App, but Need to Fix Glitches and Lost Data

Being a fan of the Covey system and wanting to find the right electronic solution, I was very excited to find Week Plan. I even upgraded and paid for the premium service. I’ve had it for about a month and have really been enjoying the functionality of this app; however, today I went to look at my scheduled priorities and there was nothing there. I had to go back three days to find them and manually send them to the current day. Then, 10 minutes after doing that, most of my priorities were missing. I cannot find them anywhere.

If this cannot be resolved soon, I will have to ditch this application and go back to my previous one which was not ideal, but I never had the crashing/glitches/loss of important data that I have had with this app. Please fix this, or you will lose your loyal customer base.

If you were considering this app, I would wait until you see other posts that confirm that the problems have been fixed… Otherwise you will be excited short term and then sorely disappointed as I am now.

Update: 8/7/19
The glitches I experienced earlier have been resolved. Not sure if it was the app or me or a combination. This app is very good; not perfect, but very good. I would like to see the mobile app functionality mirror the apple/laptop functionality. But glad it seems to be working well now.

For the intentional

I’ve been a fan of productivity theory for a long time, and nothing has EVER tackled the problem from multiple perspectives - vision, OKRs, tasks, and my favorite, the Einstein matrix. I had previously switched to a paper notebook for a year having felt jaded by other productivity tools.

Love the web app, but this is useless for me

I log in to the web app with outlook. You can only log into the iOS app with google or email/pass, so I can’t use the app. It’s a shame because mobile access is key and I pod ably won’t use this system for much longer without it

Too expensive

Well designed with some unique features, user interface could be better, price is ridiculously high. I’d buy without thinking if it was one time fee around $10-20 but $51 annually is too high. I don’t think many people would buy this app with such a high price. Please let me know if you set a reasonable price.

They trap you

Hate this app! It’s impossible to cancel it after the trial has expired

Cannot be used on iPhone

This simply doesn’t work on an iPhone 5s. I started on my Mac, looked good, I even upgraded straight away so I could use all the features and collaborate... then... later that evening, I tried to add a subtask and found that I couldn’t see the text I was writing. The screen jumped to other sections on the page so I couldn’t see what I was writing, also the options to change views at the bottom of the page works intermittently at best. If you start a task, there’s no option to cancel it either. So disappointed!! The concept is great, incorporating the methodology of 7 habits of highly effective people but... it must work flawlessly on mobiles too!!! I never write reviews, but this has been beyond disappointing.

First Impressions

Wow, this app is rough! Onboarding is incomplete — I have no idea what it is I’m supposed to do after setting my roles. Is there help for the app? I don’t see it anywhere — which brings me to the interface.

There’s placeholder text (e.g., “thankYouIntroduction”) all over the place. Terms and Conditions, which I was required to agree to, were not available. Tap targets are too small. One of the navigation tabs is covered up by the chat bubble and is inaccessible.

And the app just crashed as I switched between it and this review. Sheesh!

Doesn’t work well

Wish the app work better. Crashes all the time or won’t open. Unreliable. Sent in questions to the developer that went unanswered.
