About

Weekly Intention holds one thing — what matters this week — and keeps it gently present on every screen you check. It is not a to-do list, not a habit tracker, not a journal. It does not nag, score, or grade. It asks for one sentence on Monday and steps out of the way. — One Intention, One Week Set what matters this week. Change your mind any time — there is no streak to break, no penalty for revising. The current week always shows first; past weeks stay recallable and searchable. Everywhere you look The same intention appears on iPhone, iPad, Mac, the Home Screen widget, the iPhone Lock Screen widget, the macOS menu bar, and Apple Watch — including a Smart Stack rectangular widget on Watch that surfaces at the start of your week. Set it once, see it everywhere you look. Private by Design Your intentions live in your own iCloud account. There is no server, no account to create, no analytics, no third-party services, no ads. We never see what you write. Quiete by Design No notifications. No reminders. No streaks. No engagement loops. The app earns the open by being useful on arrival — not by pulling you back.

What's New in Weekly Intention

1.3.3

July 11, 2026

A quieter, clearer main screen. • Your intention sits at the center of the card now — the first thing you see. • A small label keeps you oriented: This week, Last week, In 2 weeks. • Only the current week carries an accent. Past and future weeks stay quiet. • Recall's year view reads by your words, not colored blocks — a look back, not a scoreboard. • Recall opens at the current week now, not in January. Your intentions remain yours: kept on your device and in your own private iCloud. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking.
