About
Your weight. Your direction. Week by week.
Weekly Weight helps you follow your weight in a way that fits your goal: losing, gaining or maintaining weight.
THIS WEEK
Choose a regular weigh-in day and an optional reminder. One weigh-in a week is the starting point; extra readings are always possible. After weighing, see your weekly result and your next weigh-in.
LOOK BACK BY WEEK
Swipe through previous weeks, weekly averages, changes from the preceding week and individual readings. Weeks without measurements stay visibly empty. Multiple readings on one day use their median, so each measured day counts equally.
KEEP YOUR OWN STARTING POINT
Choose your start date and weight. See progress from that point without deleting older measurements. A new week never resets your total progress.
THREE GOALS, EQUAL SPACE
Work toward a lower or higher target weight, or follow your weight within your chosen range. Guidance reflects your direction. Changing goals preserves previous measurements and plan periods.
ALSO INCLUDED
• Interactive charts and an indicative forecast when enough data is available
• Hide weight and BMI while keeping your weight change clearly visible
• Optional guidance about your weekly rhythm
• Widgets, kilograms or pounds and CSV export
• Optional Apple Health integration and iCloud sync for measurements
• iPhone and iPad support
Weekly Weight is free. It helps you understand your measurements and does not provide medical advice.
