Cannot sign in
Was constantly being kicked out of app, now when I open the app I get a red bar across the screen that you cannot get passed. Have tried deleting and redownloading app with no success.

Auto Sign Outs
Since the update to version 5, we can’t use the same account on multiple devices. If we try to, the app auto signs out of previous devices.
Kicking out
It starts kicking out and needing to re sign in every few hours now; happened after recent update
Bad update
With the most recent update, me and all family members keep getting logged out which is irritating.

Suggestions for changes
I just recently started using this app, overall the interface is intuitive. I do have a suggestion; both registered parents should be able to view messages sent and received from the centre. Right now I cannot see any messages sent to my spouse. I tried sending this to the app support but it returns a bad gateway error.

It’s work uncorrected on iOS 26
Photo uploading doesn’t work on iOS 26. Please fix this bug. When saving a photo to my phone, it asks to allow uploading in the settings, but there’s no options to allow photo uploads in the settings. I hope you understand me😁
Not able to download any pictures from the app.
When I press download icon ,It says permission required, takes me to settings. And when I go to settings, there is no such thing as a permission that I can allow and download the photos they post. Please enable downloading photos so I can download photos of my child..
Crashing
Having lots of problems getting into the app. Will do face recognition then ask for passcode and it says passcode is wrong. Once back to email spot it pops up with alert saying undefined and will not let me into the app. I’ve had to get a new code twice daily to my email and set my passcode that says once I set it I can use it to get in from now on, which is never the case. Quite frustrating when I’m trying to check on them daughters progress for her first week in daycare.

Messaging and notifications
It is truly absurd to have a messaging app that does not allow for group messages or threads with more than one parent. Instead we are stuck emailing the centre whenever there is an issue to address, and the people with access to email are not the same as the ones on Weemarkable. So the full picture is never seen by everyone involved in our child’s care.

Not working
The app stopped working I no longer receive anything
Please add ability to message both parents at once
This app contributes to the mother being the “default parent”. Please allow the centres to create a direct message that includes BOTH parents (ie., a group chat between the caregivers and parents). Otherwise it will inevitably be the mother that gets all the messages.
Using this for 5 yrs - Updated review
This app doesn’t include the feature of double tap to get a period, or after choosing punctuation that it flips back to abc keyboard. This is simple app design. Please update.

Atrocious support
Haven’t been able to access my child’s photos for over a month now, my account showing as non-existent with no explanation whatsoever. Not a single email has been returned in over a month, the phone number on their website doesn’t work, and the one email I got thru to said they are out of the office and cannot apply. Embarrassing staff.

Feed not loading
An update took place about a week ago on this app and now it will not load anything. The feed just spins and nothing loads. I’m disappointed as I miss the posts and menu.
