Scam. Doesn’t work and support email provided within the app bounces.
Do not buy, they force you to pay before you can send a fax and once you pay, you continually get an error message. Using their app’s support option, it sends an email which bounces. I have already requested a refund and will charge it back if Apple doesn’t refund me.

Whoever gave this more than one star probably works for the company because this app is absolute trash trying to do. The simplest task are somehow impossible. Don’t waste your time.

Downloaded app, proceeded to do the first fax and that one fax has been sitting in a queue for a week. I sent an email through the contact us section for Assistance and never even got a response back.

The app is absolute junk. Downloaded, paid for one week and can’t even send a fax. Got an error code saying incorrect user id. Tried the “contact us” option and tells me mail services not available. The biggest rip off. Ever.

Scam - App doesn’t work and no way to reach support
I downloaded this app to send some extremely important documents and all it sent was half of the cover page. I tried emailing support at the email address in the app and on their website and it just bounces back as they aren’t valid email addresses. Luckily Apple refunded me but I would not suggest anyone else use this app as it doesn’t work and you’ll have to contact apple for a refund.

Absolute trash. I had no problem paying to send the fax but it doesn’t even allow me to do that after subscribing. Waste of time and money.
